Today, UB Tech B.V., a logistics and technology company of the United Broker group, announced that it has acquired Coureon Logistics, a technology startup based in Berlin.
According to Flemming Amar, United Broker's Managing Director, "the acquisition of Coureon and its technology will further increase the future growth of our group, and make the combined entity a key player in e-commerce logistics and after-sales in Europe".
Founded in 2014, United Broker provides e-commerce stores with a portfolio of tailor-made logistics and payment services to customize and improve the customer experience and enable seamless returns. United Broker also offers tailor-made solutions for retailers, including store-to-store and store-to-consumer distribution across Europe.
Coureon, founded in 2015 and backed by Project A and other investors, developed a unique multi-carrier management platform that enables e-commerce stores and logistics companies to seamlessly orchestrate multiple providers in their supply chain.
The combined group will serve clients in all European countries and will have offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Amsterdam, London and Berlin.
